This is a cozy and fantastic contemporary apartment situated right in the center of Port Pollensa. The beaches are at approximately 500 metres walking distance. This top floor apartment is full of modern design with sleek materials like pale wood and glass, bright white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral and trendy bright colours. The rooms are light and bright and have fitted wardrobes. The living area is open and spacious with a well-planned open kitchen with lots of workspace and storage, and with appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and a large fridge freezer. There`s a dining table with wicker chairs leading into a lovely bright lounge area with corner sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a door that leads to the small balcony. There is one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with full bath on this floor. A stairs leads up to the upper floor where the double bedroom is located, it has an en suite shower room and double galss doors leading to a lvely furnished terrace with views towards the town and mountains. Encinares Cala is a great town house in a fantastic location near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vicente. This is a quiet and relaxed resort with pine-covered hills running down to the three beaches and the crystal clear sea. Pollenca itself is also very nearby, just a ten minute drive away. The house is in a quiet residential area and although is in a building with another two properties this one has its own private swimming pool and terraces. Inside, the house is light and cool and traditionally Mallorcan. The lounge and dining room is really airy, with a dining table, two sofas and stone fireplace. Double doors from here lead out onto the front terrace views. There is satellite TV, a DVD player too. The separate fitted kitchen has appliances such as gas hob, electric oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. A glass door opens onto a side terrace with access to the pool and barbecue area. This is a lovely three bedroom apartment situated in the resort of Puerto Pollensa. It is in an amazing location, just at 120 metres from the sea and 700 metres to the market square. This property is ideal for couples or friends who wish to be near the heart of the resort. Inside, the apartment is of a modern design. It is very light and clean with white walls, wooden and tiled floors and bright white spotlighting. All the rooms are air-conditioned. There is a wide lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and stereo, and a wood topped dining table and chairs. The kitchen is a lovely bright room with appliances that include a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and lots of storage spaces. From here large sliding glass doors open onto a lovely balcony which has views onto the natural reserve of La Gola. There are three bedrooms: two twins (one with an en suite shower room) and a single bedroom which can have another additional single bed. There is a further separate full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. A staircase leads up to the great roof terrace with stunning views over the natural reserve and mountains as well as the sea. The roof terrace is divided in two parts, one part has a lovely built in barbecue with a table and chairs and the other part, which is accessed via some steps, is where the Jacuzzi and solarium are located. An exterior sofa with comfortable chairs completes the furnishings of this part of the property.
