Estades Petit is a smart and comfortable family villa located in lovely countryside along the road to the beautiful, small resort of Cala San Vicente. The property is in a very private place off a country lane near Pollensa and Port Pollensa. This is a great villa in a very good location on the outskirts of Pollenca, with the old town just a few minutes` walk away. There is a lovely sheltered pool area and, at the front of the villa, views of the Tramontana mountains. Finca Barqueta is a very comfortable three-bedroom house built in traditional Mallorcan style.
