Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. The house has been renovated into a lovely holiday home, is full of space, light and comfortable. It has fantastic views across the country, it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday away from the busy resorts. The house is on two levels with large and airy rooms, white walls and a good combination of different styles of décor. The main entrance opens into the large dining area which has a large solid wooden table with plenty of seats for 12 people. Two steps are giving access to the large lounge area with high beamed ceilings, it has plenty of sofas and comfortable easy chairs, a real place for total relaxation. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities. Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with lovely views to the bay of Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty six luxury villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels. The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard. It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.
