There are two separate lounges in the house, one with fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation and the other fitted with satellite TV. The kitchen (fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and so on) leads out to a terrace covered with vines. There is another terrace with barbecue area ideal for nice family meals and of course the terrace by the swimming-pool nicely shaded by the huge trees surrounding the house. The house has 3 bedrooms. One of them with marriage bed, one with two single individuals beds, and one with an only individual bed. Other facilities are available, such as utility room, washing machine, iron, safe, fire extinguisher and gas stove. |

Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed. Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room. Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area. Furthermore there is a master double bedroom, complete with a furnished veranda, ideal for private sunbathing, the bedroom features a private WC and a spectacular open plan bathroom, complete with power shower and Jacuzzi bath for two persons, from here an enormous picture window overlooks the beautiful open countryside. All bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning. Outside the superb swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, and added feature of a built in jet, which allows you to´swim on the spot!, takes pride of place to the rear of the property within the large garden. Well furnished terraces and a brick built barbeque compliments this area for those informal meals al-fresco. The lawns and tropical gardens are quickly maturing and will male living and relaxing out there such a pleasure. |

Location: Búger, located 38 km from Palma, direction Alcudia, is just 10 minutes from the beach. Philosophy: Búger was founded in 1451 and has some 910 inhabitants. The traditional things from Búger are its sheep bells and its famous handmade wooden spoons. A place dedicated to economic activities such as sheep farming, almonds and cereal crops. The old flour and water mills can still be seen. Majorcan “frito”, paellas and fish are some of the dishes you can enjoy from our traditional cuisine. The Fundación ACA offers poetry recitals and Majorcan music at their conservatory. A 310 m2 Majorcan country house on an estate of 16.000 m2, it is surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful vineyard.
