Deeper into the countryside we arrive at the Villa El Clos. This lovely cottage is situated outside the old town of Pollensa in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley just a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Pollensa. It is a relaxing villa with lovely mountain views and a nice garden. Inside, the design is totally traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceiling. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge dining and open kitchen, this totally equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas and it is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. Wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for older children or couples. A corridor gives access to the rest of the bedrooms, one twin and one double which both have sloping roofs that gives the house a cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and wooden floors. A full bathroom completes the villa. The gardens and pool are very well presented, surrounded by palm, lemon and fig trees plus many other small plants and flowers such as cacti and roses. Villa Negri II is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. The complex comprises of twenty six luxury villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels. The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area. The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The utility room that houses the washing machine is also located next to the kitchen and has access to the rear of the block where the swimming pool is. Stairs are giving access to the sleeping area. Situated in midst of the beautiful Majorcan landscape, only a few kms from Pollença old town, this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. The atmosphere in the house is homely and relaxing with typical Majorcan furnishing, including several pieces of antique furniture. There are two separate lounges in the house, one with fireplace, ideal for moments of relaxation and the other fitted with satellite TV. The kitchen (fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and so on) leads out to a terrace covered with vines. There is another terrace with barbecue area ideal for nice family meals and of course the terrace by the swimming-pool nicely shaded by the huge trees surrounding the house. The house has 3 bedrooms.
